COMO The Halkin, London

We are currently staying in Suite 408, and everything has been excellent. The hotel is modern and cosy, the suite is extremely comfortable, and the minibar offers a great selection. Service throughout has been attentive and detail-oriented. Pammy truly deserves special recognition for exceeding expectations and making our stay unforgettable.

The location couldn't be better, placing us right in the heart of everything yet our room was a quiet, peaceful oasis. Staffs were consistently friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our visit special. Highly recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A beautiful December treat for my best friend and me. The location is completely ideal, on a quiet street but close to everything you could need or wish to see. All of the staff, and Alana particularly, were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful, they are a true credit to the hotel! :) We received a room upgrade which was such a lovely surprise! And the rooms are really beautiful and luxurious, with all the additional technology required. We also recommend trying the room service and breakfast, there are so many options and we were completely in heaven :) Really hope to stay again one day!!

The Halkin is a beautiful, intimate hotel that feels both luxurious and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The location is ideal as it’s tucked away on a quiet street yet close to everything. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, blending classic style with thoughtful modern touches. The food is exceptional, and the afternoon tea was a real highlight — refined, beautifully presented, and delicious. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive without ever being overbearing, making the entire experience feel personal and relaxed. Overall, a wonderful stay at a truly special boutique hotel.

I’ve been travelling for months staying in dozens of 5 star hotels, this is the first one I couldn't find one fault with. The location is great, quiet but in a central part of town. The rooms are comfortable and generously sized. The food was excellent. The stand out for me was the staff, they were genuine, friendly, professional and went above and beyond in every way. This hotel is a must if you want a calm, comfortable and central base while staying in London. Highly recommend it.

COMO The Halkin was an amazing stay. The neighborhood is quite residential, but absolutely worth it — the rooms are exceptionally spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It was very accommodating for our one-year-old, which made the trip so much easier and more enjoyable for us as a family. The staff deserves a special mention: everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience. We’d happily stay again.

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Belgravia Suite. I surprised her for Valentine’s and her birthday, and the experience exceeded every expectation. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Prior to arrival, I arranged for a bottle of champagne, caviar, and flowers to be set up in the suite as a surprise. Everything was prepared flawlessly and waiting for us at check-in. The presentation was elegant and thoughtful, and it made the moment truly special. The following day, the team went a step further and surprised her with a complimentary birthday cake, which was an incredibly kind gesture and meant a great deal to both of us. Service like this is rare. The attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care from the staff made the entire weekend unforgettable. We will absolutely be returning.

The hotel is very modern and cosy; we are currently staying in Suite 408 — perfect! It’s very comfortable, with a nice selection of products in the minibar and excellent service with great attention to detail. I would like to highlight Pammy in particular for going above and beyond to make sure our stay is memorable. Absolutely brilliant service from her. We also tried the food in the restaurant. The steak was fabulous and cooked exactly to our preferences. The waiters were polite and professional. Breakfast is also of high quality, and the waitresses were super nice and helpful. The concierge team approached us prior to our stay and made some excellent recommendations for food and transportation. They also suggested a nearby tennis court and kindly offered tennis rackets, along with assistance with the booking. A fabulous approach from the concierge team. COMO The Halkin truly stands out, and we cannot wait to return!
